Warranty Policy

At getproquik, we offer a limited warranty on our products. If you believe your product qualifies for a warranty claim, please fill out our warranty claim form here. Include as many details as possible so we can properly review your request.

How It Works

To process your claim, you’ll need to send the product back to our warehouse for inspection. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please note that we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your return, as shipping is handled by a third party.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you a confirmation. At our discretion, we will either repair the product or replace it with an equivalent item. Please allow up to 14 days for processing. We’ll cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement item back to you.

Paddle Warranty

  • Under $69: 3-month limited warranty

  • $70–$109: 6-month limited warranty

  • Over $110: 12-month limited warranty

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. We may repair the item or replace it at no cost to you.

Not covered:

  • Damage from hitting objects (e.g., rocks, net posts)

  • Damage during transport or handling (e.g., drops)

  • Lost paddles

  • Damage from misuse or poor maintenance

Bag Warranty

All bags come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship. We will repair or replace the bag at no cost to you.

Not covered:

  • Fading

  • Rips or holes caused by impact or abuse

  • Zipper damage due to misuse or poor maintenance

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

  1. Start a claim
    Submit a warranty claim form or email us at support@getproquik.com.
    Our team will help with troubleshooting.

  2. Get an RMA number
    If your product is within the warranty period, we’ll give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

  3. Send it back
    Return the item with the RMA number. Our support team will either repair the product or send a replacement.
