Order Processing Times

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed. Orders received Monday–Friday (excluding holidays) before our cut-off time of 6pm Shanghai time are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing on the next business day.

Most orders are assembled and ready to ship within 1–2 business days. If you request item customization (such as personalized printing), please allow an additional 5–10 business days for your order to be completed. Some items are drop-shipped from our suppliers; these orders may ship separately and can take up to 3–5 additional business days after your main order is fulfilled. You will receive an email confirmation and tracking number once your order ships. This ensures you can always track your package until it arrives.

Shipping Times by Region

We offer free standard shipping worldwide. Delivery times vary by location:

  • United States: Typically 8–15 business days via ground carrier. 

  • Canada: Approximately 7–12 business days for standard shipping.

  • Europe (EU/UK): Around 7–15 business days from shipment date.

  • Asia (Japan, South Korea, India, etc.): Generally 7–15 business days, depending on local customs processing.

  • Latin America & Middle East: Usually 10–25 business days. Customs inspections can add a few extra days in some countries.

  • Australia & New Zealand: Typically 5–14 business days.

    Please note that these are
    estimated delivery times for standard shipping. During peak seasons or unexpected events, transit may take longer. All international shipments are sent with tracking. You can expect a tracking number via email once your order has left our warehouse. This lets you check delivery status along the way.

Expedited Shipping Policy

If you need fast delivery, we offer expedited shipping options at checkout (for an additional fee). Expedited carriers (such as DHL Express or FedEx) generally deliver faster than standard service: for example, U.S. expedited orders usually arrive in 4–7 business days, and international expedited orders often arrive in 4-8 business days.

However, expedited service does not guarantee delivery times. Expedited shipments must clear customs like any other order and may still experience delays outside of our control. We do not mark packages as gifts or misrepresent order value to avoid customs fees. Any import taxes or duties on expedited shipments are the customer’s responsibility.

Important Expedited Shipping Notes:

  • Choosing expedited shipping only speeds up carrier transit, not our processing time. Your order will still need to be processed (see “Order Processing Times” above).

  • Additional fees for express shipping are non-refundable once the order is shipped.

  • We include the actual item value on all customs declarations to ensure fast customs clearance.

  • We cannot guarantee same-day shipment on orders with expedited service—order processing rules above still apply.

International Shipping & Customs Information

We ship globally but each country has its own address format, customs rules, and restrictions. To help ensure fast delivery, double-check your shipping address and be aware of local requirements:

  • Germany: Use the format “Street Name Hausnummer, Postal Code City, GERMANY.” (For example, “Hauptstraße 5, 12345 Berlin, GERMANY.”) Do not write “Germany” in German (Deutschland) or add extra letters to postal codes. Customs in Germany are strict; be sure your address matches your government-issued ID if customs inspection is needed.

  • Japan: Japanese addresses start with the postal code (e.g., 123-4567), followed by prefecture, city, ward, street, and building number. Write addresses in English if possible, but include the numeric postal code (and “JAPAN” in caps). For example: “2-3-1 Jinnan, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo 150-0041, JAPAN.” Providing a local phone number (including country code) speeds up delivery.

  • Brazil: Enter the full street address and apartment/unit number. Brazilian customs often require the recipient’s taxpayer ID (CPF/CNPJ) for clearance. If possible, include the customer’s CPF/CNPJ in the address notes. Shipments to Brazil routinely face delays; please allow extra time. Any import taxes or fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • South Korea: Include a 5-digit postal code before the address. Use format like “12345; 123-4567 Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, SOUTH KOREA.” Make sure to add the recipient’s phone number for faster delivery. Customs in Korea sometimes hold packages for duties, so allow extra days.

  • India: Indian addresses should start with the smallest location (door number, street), then city, state, PIN code (6 digits), and “INDIA.” For example: “Flat 101, 123 MG Road, Bangalore 560001, INDIA.” Due to strict customs checks, shipments to India often take longer. Include the recipient’s phone number. Customs duties and taxes in India can be high; these fees must be paid by the recipient.

General Customs Information: Every country imposes its own import rules and duties. Please be aware that GetProQuik is not responsible for any additional customs fees, taxes, or delays that may occur. We declare the appropriate product value for each package to enable you to pay less tax. However, there is also the probability that customs will need to inspect the packages. If your country requires you to pay VAT, GST, or other duties, you will need to pay those charges to your local postal agency upon delivery.

Delivery Delays & Exceptions

While we do our best to meet shipping estimates, GetProQuik assumes no responsibility for delivery delays beyond our control. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Carrier delays: Weather events (storms, hurricanes, snow), natural disasters, strikes, or other issues affecting USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.

  • Customs inspection: Packages held or opened by customs authorities for inspection can add days or weeks of delay.

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses: If a package is returned due to a wrong address or missing information, we cannot guarantee redelivery. Always double-check that your shipping information is correct.

  • Recipient unavailability: If no one is available to sign or pick up a package, local postal services may delay or return the shipment. For APO/FPO deliveries, missing a scheduled pickup can delay mail significantly.

  • Public holidays and peak season: Shipping carriers often slow down around major holidays (e.g., Christmas, Chinese New Year) and during sales events. Please allow extra time during these periods.

  • Force majeure: Events like war, terrorism, epidemics, government actions, or any “act of God” can cause delays.
